Intentionally serving and caring for others by using our calling and devotion to our Lord to be a Spirit-directed Intercessory Prayer Ministry. Glorifying God by using His word as our foundation and praying it in faith for their need for financial, physical or emotional healing, relationships, grieving, depression, sin, salvation, deliverance or any other need they request prayer for.
Maintaining a Prayer Chain where prayer requests would be sent to the intercessors as immediately as possible by the Prayer Ministry Director, Chaplain Mary McKinney.
The Intercessory Prayer Ministry will be interceding for our Ministers, Leaders, Volunteers, Church Groups, and LifeGroups for the work of LifePoint Church each week.
To help people to develop a strong, active, and faith-filled prayer life by providing opportunities for training and participation in prayer.
We will also be available to pray a blessing over anyone desiring to be blessed.
We submit to Jesus Christ as the Head of the church and will strive to obey His command that His church be called a House of Prayer.
All prayer requests are always confidential.
For the Intercessory Prayer Team to be totally dependent on our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Desiring and submitting to transformation by the Holy Spirit into one mind and spirit thereby forming a body of unified believers in God’s word and using as a powerful sword in the lives of those seeking and needing prayer. Desiring that all people will read God’s word aloud seeking the Lord in spirit and truth. Learning to love with all our hearts, minds and souls to love our neighbor as ourselves. Experiencing God anew and having a new relationship with others.
