LifeCare Ministry
As many of you know LifePoint has a ministry that was created by myself and David Noel 2+ years ago, LifeCare. David and I both saw a need to help the single moms, elderly, and financially hurting members of the community by taking care of simple needs around their homes. This ranges from simple handyman items to yard clean-up. Currently, we have community service days on the 2nd Saturday of each month, following the Mens’ breakfast. In the last 2 years, Life Care has been able to complete over 100 projects! This was only possible to the amazing group of volunteers.
When David and I started planning out what Life Care was going to look like I was given a vision. In this vision, I was Driving through Copper Basin pulling an enclosed trailer that was wrapped in the Life Point and Life Care logos. In this vision, we were stopping at houses and seeing if there was anything that we could help them with. In October of 2020, God showed Myself and David that Life Care needs be more visible in the community.
On the first of October, I started full-time here at Life Point. A large part of my position is to make the vision I had 2 years ago come to fruition! LifeCare will still have our monthly community service day on the 2nd Saturday of each month. In addition, I will be getting out into the community at least 2 days each week.
