The World is Not Enough
I cannot wait for this Sunday to be here; I am excited to come to the thrilling conclusion of the Culture Wars series and share with you how the people who attend LifePoint have become a beautiful resistance to the culture at hand. As we discussed last week, we have been called to not be of the world but be in the world. How do you accomplish this in practicality when being in the world brings such great temptations and distractions to what God has called us to?
This is what we are not only going to look at this Sunday, but I am going to show you so many people and things happening here to encourage your spirit and remind you that you are not alone! You are a part of this family and we are inviting you to be a part of the beautiful resistance to the post-Christian culture we are living in.
I encourage you to read Revelation chapters 2-3, yes chapters, not verses. 😊
Being well acquainted with this vision of the apostle John before Sunday’s message will align your hearts and minds with what I believe God is showing His bride, the church.
