VBS Volunteers
Vacation Bible School is just around the corner and once again you have the opportunity to serve the children in the church and the community. It is scheduled for June 20-24. This year’s theme is Zoomerang, returning to the value of life. This is a timely conversation for which the world is working diligently to confuse our children. The most opportunity to serve is being a group leader. You will lead your age group throughout the sessions through the morning. Helping and encouraging them through the week.
The many other opportunities are being part of the Turtle-y Terrific Crafts, leading Hoppin’ Good Games, passing out Top Koala-ty Treats, leading worship songs, and many, many more. You simply need to go to the app to choose your area to serve and fill out the other information. If you haven’t had a background check with us, you will need to do that as well. We have them online and at the office as well.
This is always such a fun week for the kids and the memories stick with them forever. You will be a blessing to their lives. So warm up your worst Australian accent, throw another shrimp on the barbi, and get your hearts ready to lead young ones closer in their relationship with God!
