As the holiday season approaches, we are thrilled to announce the launch of The Big Give 2023 – our heartwarming and impactful Christmas giving program. Each year, this cherished tradition unites us in the Spirit of generosity, compassion, and a shared purpose, to make disciples of all nations.

💖 Embrace the Joy of Giving
The Big Give is not just an event; it’s a testament to the incredible power of collective goodwill. This year we have four areas of The Big Give in which you can participate in, The Giving Tree and Christmas in Belize Fundraiser (October 1st to November 26th), Operation Christmas Child (see OCC dates below), and a Special Offering during our Christmas Eve Service. While there are many opportunities to give, please only choose to participate where God has put it on your heart to do so and know that there is no need to partake in each area of The Big Give. The heart of The Big Give is to shower blessings upon our missions and ministry partners, both locally and globally. We strive to make a tangible difference in the lives of those who our missions partners reach in their ministries. Read on to learn more about each area of The Big Give.
🎄 Giving Tree: Cultivating Local Impact
Our Giving Tree can be found in the lobby, adorned with tags representing the needs of our local ministry and mission partners. Take a tag, shop for the needed items, and return your unwrapped gift to LifePoint on Sunday during service. Your thoughtfulness resonates far beyond the holiday season, creating ripples of positivity within our surrounding community.
🎁 Christmas in Belize Fundraiser: Step into a Child’s World
Extend your reach to the children of Belize with our 6th annual Christmas in Belize Fundraiser. As we rally behind Pastor Kenneth Welch and his mission, aiming to raise $3,000 for these efforts. Your contributions will light up the lives of 130 children in the remote village of Gales Point Manatee, providing them with gifts, meals, treats, and a cherished bible lesson of the story of Jesus’s birth. Join with us through giving in the LifePointAZ app, marking your donation under “The Big Give”, and specifying Belize in the memo.
🌎 Operation Christmas Child: Love Knows No Bounds
Ready your donation-filled shoeboxes, brimming with love and care for children across the globe. During National Collection Week, November 13th to the 20th, you can drop-off your filled shoebox, and pray for the child receiving it with our team of volunteers. By participating in Operation Christmas Child, you are joining with Samaritan’s Purse to bring joy and the gospel to children in remote areas of the world. You can pick up your shoebox at The Big Give table beginning on October 29th.
🕯️ Christmas Eve Blessings Service: Illuminating Hearts
Mark your calendars for Sunday, December 24th, and join us that evening for an additional enchanting Christmas Eve Candlelight Service. At this momentous gathering we celebrate the birth of Jesus, and a special offering is collected. The tithes from this service will bring blessings to our missions and ministry partners. These contributions help with our shared purpose as we work towards spreading the message of Christ’s love to people across all nations.

Would you like to share The Big Give information at our table in the lobby on a Sunday or two, or maybe help collect and pray over shoeboxes for OCC or make gift deliveries to our local partners.
