Re-launching of the 710 Paladin Outreach Team
LifePoint serves alongside local mission partner, Paladin Team 710, sharing information about our church, its ministries, services, and our most significant community outreach events. We welcome players and their families, offer prayer, distribute Bibles, and provide encouragement. Dan Terlizzi has had this outreach ministry placed on his heart and has now stepped into the leadership role, and with that, a few changes are in the works.
Moving ahead LifePoint will now focus our efforts on four opportunities a year to serve at the Paladin 710 tent, verses every Saturday during the season as it was before. With these 4 days a year, we are being intentional in our outreach. We are looking to serve a Saturday before the Annual Picnic and/or Easter, before VBS starts, before Movie on the Lawn, and before our Christmas Eve services. Each of these events are our biggest outreach events within the year, where we do additional marketing to invite our community, in the hope that they make a connection during their visit.
Of course, at each of these 710 service dates, you will still be offering prayer, bibles, and encouragement to the players and their families, as stated above. Adding to that, we will have our church services information, prayer room information, and LifeCare information to share out to the Paladin attendees as well.
